A ANÁLISE DOS IMPACTOS NA SAÚDE DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE LINHA DE FRENTE DURANTE A PANDEMIA DE COVID-19: Um estudo desenvolvido numa Unidade de Pronto Atendimento do Estado do Rio de Janeiro

Resumo
As mudanças bruscas e a incerteza causada pela pandemia de COVID-19 são notórias neste contexto os profissionais da saúde que atuam na linha de frente, estão expostos cada vez mais a contaminação e aos riscos no que tange os diferentes aspectos da saúde como: aspecto físico, aspecto social, aspecto espiritual, aspecto emocional e aspecto intelectual. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os diferentes impactos na saúde dos profissionais de linha de frente. Para atingir esse objetivo adotou-se duas estratégias. Primeiro foi desenvolvido uma análise bibliométrica, visando de identificar publicações que contemplaram cada um dos aspectos de saúde, a fim de verificar o direcionamento dos estudos no Brasil e no mundo. Portanto utilizou-se duas bases de pesquisa (Scopus e Web of Science) e foi estabelecido um recorte entre os anos de 2019 e 2022. Identificou-se 30 artigos, e foi observado que as publicações nacionais sobre o tema em questão correspondem a 3,67% quando comparado ao resto do mundo, sendo que pesquisas voltadas aos aspectos sociais, foram predominantes, muito provável devido o isolamento social. Segundo, através da metodologia Survey, foi aplicado um questionário composto por seções divididas por aspecto de saúde a um grupo de profissionais da linha de frente, de uma unidade de pronto atendimento localizada na cidade de Macaé, e os resultados mostraram os profissionais da linha de frente contaram com um aumento na carga de trabalho, mudança na rotina familiar, insatisfação com o dia a dia, problemas físicos como cansaço, problemas emocionais como ansiedade e depressão, aumento no consumo de bebidas alcoólicas e enorme presença do sentimento de medo. Por fim, o estudo mostrou que as publicações referentes a saúde dos profissionais de saúde no cenário pandêmico, dialogam com os dados identificados na pesquisa de campo, portanto, os fatores levantados, são de grande valor para transformação das respectivas situações de trabalho.
Abstract
The sudden changes and uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are notorious and increasingly accelerated. While society for the most part finds itself increasingly reclusive through measures such as social distancing, which aims to reduce the spread of the disease, the health professional, on the other hand, works on the front line, increasingly exposed to contamination. However, the risks that this professional run in this scenario are far beyond contracting the coronavirus itself, reaching all five aspects of health: Physical Aspect, Social Aspect, Spiritual Aspect, Emotional Aspect and Intellectual Aspect. The objective of this study is to carry out a scientific mapping (bibliometric analysis) of publications between the years 2019 and 2022, with a deeper cut in the years 2020 and 2021, through the Scopus and Web Of Science knowledge bases, in order to identify the relevance of Brazil versus the world of study related to health professionals during the pandemic, in addition to identifying the occurrence of each of the health aspects to verify the direction of studies in Brazil and in the world. Therefore, after all the clippings, 30 articles were mapped and analyzed. The results showed that national publications on the subject in question correspond to 3.67% when compared to the rest of the world, falling behind several countries that were much less impacted in terms of contagion, cases and deaths than Brazil itself. Regarding health aspects, the trend in Brazil and the world remains the same, with few percentage differences between the knowledge bases. In Scopus, the order of appearance is as follows: Social Aspect, far ahead of the runner-up, Emotional Aspect, Physical Aspect, Spiritual Aspect and lastly Intellectual Aspect. In the WOS, it follows the following order: Social Aspect, once again far ahead of the runner-up, Physical Aspect, Emotional Aspect, Spiritual Aspect and Intellectual Aspect. In a second step, this study seeks to understand the impacts on the health of front-line professionals of an Emergency Care Unit located in the city of Macaé, through field research using the Survey methodology, with sections divided by health aspect. The results confirmed most of the hypotheses addressed in the literature review, since the respondents confirmed that they had an increase in workload, change in family routine, dissatisfaction with daily life, physical problems such as tiredness, emotional problems such as anxiety and depression, increased consumption of alcoholic beverages and a strong feeling of fear. Finally, it was possible to conclude that the theory and the direction of the literature spoke directly with the practical answers of the respondent sample, demonstrating that the guidelines of science when the subject addresses the health professional in the pandemic scenario are consistent with reality.
