Resumo

    O desempenho mecânico dos coletores solares influi diretamente no sistema de geração de energia térmica solar. Este trabalho tem como objeto de estudo a estrutura de um coletor do tipo cilíndrico parabólico. Cada componente do coletor foi dimensionado de acordo com os carregamentos agindo sobre o coletor. Neste trabalho, foram definidos e calculados os carregamentos. O dimensionamento dos componentes foi realizado com o intento de atender as restrições para a deformação do coletor limitando o peso da estrutura. Por fim, foi feita uma análise estrutural do coletor com o auxílio do software ANSYS Workbench.

Abstract

    The mechanical performance of solar collectors influence directly on solar thermal power generation system. This paper has as the research object the structure of a parabolic trough collector. Each component of the collector has been designed considering the loads acting on the collector. In this paper, the loads were defined and calculated. The design of the components was carried out in order to fit the requirements for the deformation of the collector and limit the weight of the structure. Finally, the structural analysis of the collector was realized with ANSYS Workbench software.
