Resumo

 O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar a aplicação de ferramentas BIM (Building Information Modeling) no processo de orçamentação no setor da construção civil, evidenciando os principais benefícios e desafios que a tecnologia oferece. Assim pôde-se apontar as vantagens na precisão e otimização da gestão das informações de projeto como também a dificuldade de implementação e difusão da tecnologia no mercado. O experimento realizado foi a modelagem arquitetônica, elétrica e hidrossanitária de uma obra real no software Revit: o banheiro wetland situado no Campus UFRJ Macaé. Expõe-se a partir disso as potencialidades, contribuições e limitações da tecnologia.

Abstract

  The objective of this study is to evaluete the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools in the budgeting process in the civil construction sector, highlighting the main benefits and challenges that the technology offers. Thus, it was possible to point out the advantages in the precision and optimization of project information management, as well as the difficulty of implementing and diffusing the technology in the market. The experiment carried out was the architectural, electrical and hydrosanitary modeling of a real work in Revit software: the bathroom with wetland system, located at the UFRJ Macaé Campus. From this, the potentials, contributions and limitations of technology are exposed.
